Duplo partitions are an economic answer to the division of large and small areas. The systems are top hung without the need for floor rails or guides. Both systems are ‘tailor-made’ to fit thereby avoiding the need to adapt openings to suit standard sizes.

Acoustics

Duplo offers a sound reduction levels of 41 dB.

Operation

Movement is quick, light and simple. Pushing to fold or park the partition and pulling to extend or close the partition. Final closing compression is achieved with a retracting claw latch fitted to the leading edge of the partition.

The system can be either ‘single wing’ or ‘bi-parting’ with two sections meeting in the middle.

Construction

The Duplo is constructed from high density particle board panels mutually connected by means of PVC profiled hinges. The Duplo is ‘double shell’ construction and fitted with acoustic sweeps at the head and base.

As the Duplo is top hung, there is no need for a break in the floor covering. The system is fitted with a euro cylinder lock as standard.

The track in standard format is satin anodised aluminium, however, this can be powder coated to any BS or RAL colour.

Pelmets in standard format are white. Other colours are available.

Finishes

Duplo is available in MFC or HPL finishes offering a wide range of plain colours, wood grains and some patterns. Real wood veneers are also an option. PVC hinges are available in white, grey or black.
